We were founded 35 years ago by Kate Chivers, a remarkable woman, and today women continue to play a vital role across our charity. From specialist doctors and highly skilled paramedics to dispatchers, operational support staff to trustees, fundraisers, marketers to finance experts – all amazing women that help deliver our lifesaving service and reach people when they need us most.
