Joe Markiewicz Memorial Cup
Bring your family along for an evening of football as Barming Youth FC and Aylesford School come together to celebrate and remember.
Date: Friday 14th August.
Time: 7:45pm Kick off.
Location: The Gallagher Stadium, James Whatman Way, Maidstone, ME14 1LQ.
Joe Markiewicz Cup
Biggles and the Great Plane Hunt
Follow along, look up to the skies and show your support for this epic dawn to dusk flight in aid of KSS. Pilots Chris and Rob will take a lightweight Ikarus C-42 aircraft across eight counties in search of the planes flown by Britain’s most famous fictional aviator, Biggles.
Date: Friday 14th August.
Time: 7am-7pm.
Eastbourne Air Show 2026.
KSS will be present at this fantastic event with our charity stand and rapid response vehicle so be sure to come along and say hello! There will also be air displays to enjoy, food, drink and trade stands, entertainment and much more!
Date: Thursday 13th- Sunday 16th August.
Time: 10:30am-6pm.
Location: Our KSS stand will be located on the Western Lawns. The Air show taking place over the sea front.

Ryan Fest 2026
Bring your whole family along to support this incredible event! This will be an amazing day filled with music, community and memories.
Date: Saturday 15th August.
Time: 2pm until 11pm.
Location: Robin Hood Pub, Common Road, Chatham, ME5 9RJ
Bike Fest
Biddenden Tractor Fest
The Tractor Festival will be returning for its 12th year, with around 300 tractors expected to exhibit over the weekend. There will be stalls, children’s entertainment, animals, live music and arena displays to enjoy! Over lovely KSS volunteers will be present with our stall so be sure to come over and say hello!
Date: Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August.
Time: 10am-5pm each day.

Pick It Up Put It Down
Come along to support this high energy ‘in aid of’ event with 150+ athletes participating. The KSS crew will also be taking part so join us in cheering them on! There will be live music, street vendors and much more for all to enjoy!
Date: Saturday 15th August.
Time: 8am- 4:30pm athletes will be competing. 6pm Onwards will be a live music event.

Rykas Biker Cafe are inviting bikers road trippers and adventure lovers to take Rykas wherever the road leads. For just £5, you can purchase an official Rykas Far & Wide sticker and enter the competition. Simply place your sticker on any road trip-worthy vehicle then head out! Whether your sticker makes it to Scotland, Spain, the Alps, or just your favourite local ride-out spot, every mile, photo, and donation helps make Rykas Far & Wide something special.
To enter:
- Head down to: Rykas Cafe, Boxhill, Old London Road, RH5 6BY to collect your sticker.
- 📸 Post a photo of your vehicle with the sticker somewhere along your journey

29th-31st- Phoenix Quilt Show: Come along and show your support for the Phoenix Quilters at their upcoming quilt show. There will be fantastic quilts available to buy along with refreshments, a tombola and a raffle.
30th- Littlestone Lifeboat Station Emergency Services Day: This event will be perfect to bring the whole family along too. There will be food stalls, a fun fair, craft stalls and a variety of emergency services, including our lovely KSS volunteers!

13th- Classic and Custom Car Show: Join us at Aylesford Priory to enjoy a variety of fantastic classic cars. KSS will be present with our stand so be sure to come along and say hello!
19th- Dancing Through The Decades Party: The Mayor of Tonbridge and Malling, Cllr Kim Tanner is delighted to invite you to her party, ‘Dancing Through the Decades’. Taking place at the Aylesford Bulls Rugby Club, this party will include a fabulous DJ playing music from the 60’s all the way through to the 00’s. Information for how to book is included below.

19th- Brooklands Emergency Services Day: Come along to the fantastic Brooklands Emergency Services Day! Our lovely KSS volunteers will be attending with a charity stall so be sure to come along and say hello. There will also be food stands and trade stalls, live demos and entertainment for all the family.
Sussex
August-
31st- Bexhill 100 Custom and Classic Car Show: Bring the family along to enjoy this classic and custom car show. There will be 500 vehicles featuring an eclectic mix from across the years including classic, American, Commercial, custom and modified. There will also be food and drink stands, trade stalls and a tombola to enjoy.
30th- 31st- Worthing Rotary Carnival: This free event is great for all the family to enjoy! We are grateful to be chosen as one of two charities for the Worthing Rotary Carnival and will be there with our charity stall. So join us to enjoy: a fun fair, inflatables, refreshments, a tombola, farmers market and much more!
