Our responsibility

Equality, diversity and inclusion are fundamental principles to KSS which are central to our people-centred approach. We recognise our responsibility to continue on our journey of developing these principles through our decision making and our behaviours.

Our priorities for the next 12 months include:

  • Undertaking an EDI audit to assess our current practice
  • Developing a comprehensive Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy within KSS which will ensure that we foster an inclusive culture that provides equitable opportunities for all and ensures everyone is valued and empowered for being themselves and where diversity is celebrated.
  • Delivering a programme of equality, diversity and inclusion training and engagement opportunities to Team KSS.

We will monitor our progress on this journey to ensure we meet our objectives.
