Phoebe

Phoebe’s Grandad was involved in a serious accident whilst at work in 2018. We helped him at the scene and airlifted him to King’s College Hospital for treatment. Following his injuries Phoebe’s Grandad had his lower leg amputated and underwent extensive physiotherapy. He has since made a great recovery and has become a wonderful supporter of KSS, kindly raising money for us at his 60th birthday party in 2019.

Since visiting the charity with her Grandad Phoebe has been keen to help us and alongside creating videos to help with our campaigns she also designed our first Thankathon card which was sent to thousands of our supporters.

“I am so grateful for the KSS team and am extremely excited to be a Young Ambassador. I love to help others, to make people happy and to brighten their day. I really want to make my Grandad proud and raise awareness and funds for this wonderful charity.” – Phoebe, KSS Young Ambassador
