Members of Team KSS made a mark at the renowned Buckmore Park karting event recently, celebrating the 60th birthday of the iconic Buckmore Park kart circuit.
Buckmore Park, one of the oldest and most historic kart circuits in the UK played host to this exciting charity event. Racers and supporters gathered at the track to not only to celebrate the circuit’s milestone birthday, but to fundraise for local charities, including KSS.
We were delighted to enter a team, comprising of Medical Director Duncan Bootland, Paramedic Ben Paul, Microsoft Engineer Michael Bright and Head of Philanthropy Dan Knight.
Duncan Bootland, Medical Director at KSS said “Participating in the Buckmore Park karting event was an exhilarating experience. Our charity remains dedicated to its mission getting our life-saving team to where they’re urgently needed, and events like this allow us to continue our vital work in the community. As an independent charity, we deeply appreciate the support and enthusiasm of everyone involved. Without support such as this, we can’t keep flying and we can’t save lives.”
