WHEN THE HEART STOPS,

THE CLOCK STARTS.

What happens next is in your hands.

Learn CPR with your local air ambulance in just 30 minutes.
Learn to save a life.

Did you know?
people experience a sudden out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
0
and only
1 in 0
survive

You can change that. Be ready when seconds truly count.

Every day across Kent, Surrey and Sussex, around 25 people suffer a sudden cardiac arrest — often at home.
Sadly only 1 in 10 survive. That means it could happen to someone you love: a parent, child, grandparent, or friend.

When the worst happens, every second counts.
Giving CPR and using a defibrillator in those first few minutes can more than double their chance of survival — yet right now, only 1 in 4 people receive CPR, and just 1 in 10 have a defibrillator used before an ambulance arrives.

If a loved one's life was in your hands, would you know what to do?

The difference is simple: skills and confidence.
That’s why we want everyone to learn CPR and how to use a defibrillator. This October, join one of our free 30-minute online or in-person training events, led by our expert air ambulance doctors and paramedics, as part of Restart a Heart Day.

Together we will save more lives. The choice is in your hands
