Save lives in your community

KSS is looking for local volunteers across Kent, Surrey and Sussex to become part of our community ground crew. A group of lifesavers helping us before our crews even arrive.

You could learn how to deliver CPR and use a defibrillator, or help us keep our helicopter landing sites safe and accessible, your support could make a lifesaving difference in your local area.

Help save lives in your community

Our KSS crew will equip you with the lifesaving skills needed to act in those crucial first minutes before our helicopter and crew arrive. Giving you the confidence to help save a loved one, when every second counts

Be our eyes and ears in the community

We use 600 designated landing sites across Kent, Surrey and Sussex to land as close as possible to life-threatening emergencies. But sometimes hazards we don’t know about, stop us from landing on the sites.
I am interested in becoming a KSS ground crew volunteer when the scheme goes live later this year
