Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex’s (KSS) Hound Hike
Terms & Conditions Created March 14th 2024
- This event is open to all people that wish to take part in Hound Hike
- We would like to remind all dog owners that you have a duty of care to your dog’s welfare but also responsibilities that you must uphold whilst out and about. For helpful tips and useful advice on your responsibilities whilst walking your dog please visit the Kennel Club
- Although dogs still need exercise, please avoid walking your dog if we experience excessively hot temperatures during May. The ground can heat up very quickly and can be painful. For advice on when is best to walk your dog in hot weather, please visit the RSPCA website.
- KSS reserves the right to extend the challenge should we experience any excessively hot weather.
- When fitting your dog’s bandana please ensure that the bandana is safely and comfortably fitted so that it does not restrict the dogs breathing or movement. Ideally, once secured the bandana should have enough room to fit two fingers between your dog’s neck and bandana.
- We will post out one bandana alongside a welcome pack when you have received your first donation (of any size). We aim to post out the bandanas mid April.
- You will receive your collar charm once you have raised £50
- You will receive a KSS t-shirt once you have raised £250
- Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex accept no liability for any loss or injury caused to your dog by the use of any of our products.
- The first 8 people to raise £600 will be invited to our operational base in Redhill for a base visit with their dog. Time and date are subject to change as Redhill is an operational base.
We take complaints very seriously and treat them as an opportunity to improve. We are always very grateful to hear from people who are willing to take the time to help us to improve. If you have a complaint about Hound Hike then please contact:
