Guildford Carol Concert Terms

All tickets are sold subject to availability and according to the following terms and conditions.  

Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (referred to as KSS) will deliver the Carol Concert (referred to as the event). The Carol Concert will be at Guildford Cathedral on Wednesday 11th December 2024. 

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets directly from KSS. 

  

Tickets and Refunds 

  • All tickets are sold subject to availability.  
  • Payment is required at the point of booking in order to secure your ticket(s)  
  • Ticket confirmation will be emailed to you by KSS. Please ensure you bring a copy of your confirmation email to the event. You will not be issued with a paper ticket for the event. 
  • Please check your confirmation email from KSS carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake. 
  • Unless given prior permission by KSS, tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain. 
  • Due to the structure and layout of the venue, views or accessibility may be restricted or obstructed. 
  • Please notify KSS at the point of booking if you or a member of your group is in a wheelchair or is accompanied by a guide dog, by emailing events@aakss.org.uk to ensure we reserve an easily accessible seat for you.  
  • Tickets are non-refundable. 
  • Every effort will be made to admit latecomers, you will not be entitled to a refund should you arrive after doors have closed for the event.  
  • No refunds will be given to ticket holders that have been refused entry or asked to leave the event (due to their own behaviour).  
  • Guests who are unable to attend or choose not to attend the event are not eligible for a refund if the event goes ahead. 

 

Cancellation and Changes 

  • KSS reserves the right to amend or alter the published details and programme of the event. 
  • KSS reserve the right to cancel the event at any time.  
  • If the event is cancelled your booking will be automatically transferred across to another date (subject to availability). If, for any reason, you are unable to make the alternative date you will be offered a full refund. Any refunds will be returned to the credit or debit card used when purchasing tickets. 
  • KSS may cancel or abandon the event due to the occurrence of events or circumstances that are beyond the reasonable control of KSS, this includes, and is not limited to, Acts of God. 
  • It is your responsibility to alert KSS of any changes to the email address you provide us with at the time of booking as this is how we will contact you should the event be cancelled.  
  • KSS will endeavour to notify you via email should the event be cancelled but it is also your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled. Please check our website, social media and your email for any updates associated with this event.  
  • KSS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage sustained as a result of the event cancellation or changes to the event; this includes, and is not limited to, accommodation or travel cost.  

  

Admission and Attendance  

  • Doors will open at 6.45pm with the Carol Concert beginning at 7.30pm. Every effort will be made to admit latecomers.  
  • Ticket holders acknowledge, agree and will respect the fact that the venue is a place of worship and will behave appropriately at all times.  
  • Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter the venue at the discretion of KSS or Guildford Cathedral 
  • Alcohol is not to be brought into the event site or consumed during the event. KSS reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol. 
  • Food and drink is not to be consumed during the event.    
  • KSS reserves the right to ask you to leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds. This may include and isn’t limited to, removing a ticket holder that has behaved in a way that has, or is likely to, affect the enjoyment of others; uses threatening or abusive words or behaviour. 
  • You must comply with the instructions and directions given by KSS staff and venue stewards. 
  • Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket but will need to sit on the knee of an accompanying, paying adult.  
  • There is no reserved seating, allocation of seats will be given on a first come, first served basis in the tier you select.  
  • All litter, waste and rubbish must be disposed of using designated disposal facilities.  
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises. 

  

Photography and Videography  

  • By attending the event, all attendees give their consent to be included in any photography or filming that may take place. These photographs and/or film may be used for publicity by KSS. It is the attendee’s responsibility to let KSS staff know if you do not wish to appear in any photos or filming on the evening.  

  

Disclaimer  

  • All participants attending the Carol Concert do so at their own risk. In no event shall KSS or Guildford Cathedral be held liable for any injuries, loss or damages.
