Having an up-to-date Will is the only way to make sure the people and causes you care about are looked after when you’re gone. That’s why we’ve partnered with the National Free Wills Network and MyIntent to offer you a free Will-writing service that fits around you.
Write your Will for FREE in person
We have partnered with The National Free Wills Network, which puts you in touch with a solicitor local to you – enabling you to meet with them in face to face to have a simple Will written for FREE.
This can be done by requesting a free Will information pack using the link below. The National Free Wills Network will then send you an information pack containing a list of local solicitors offering free Wills to our supporters and next steps.

Thanks to MyIntent’s (from Bequeathed), you will receive a professionally written Will from an accredited legal expert, with up to 30 minutes of free legal advice included.

Free Wills Service – Terms and Conditions
The Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) offers a free Wills service in partnership with the National Free Wills Network and MyIntent (formally Bequeathed). This initiative covers the cost of a‘simple’ Will, which can be either a single Will or a pair of mirror Wills, for which KSS pays a discounted fee.For more complex Will(s), any additional charges would be agreed between you and your chosen Will-writingpartner. There is no obligation to include a gift in your Will for KSS, but we hope you will consider doing so.
