Mud Monsters Run is back for it’s twelfth year! This exciting event sees thousands of muddy runners cross the finish line all with one thing in common – a big muddy smile!
Whether you choose to take on 3km, 5km or 10km, each course is packed with obstacles course and you’ll be guaranteed to have a marvellously muddy experience. Shorter routes are available for Mini Monsters too – so there’s fun for all the family.
Mud Monsters Run is set in acres upon acres of the stunning Sussex Countryside, just five minutes from East Grinstead.
Think muddy fields, winding woods, water, mud craters, bogs and lots of obstacles to tackle!
