Cuppa for your Crew Terms

• This draw is open to all Cuppa for Your Crew sign ups only via website 

• Alternatively, a postal entry can be made by sending your name, address, contact number to Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex stating entry to the Cuppa for Your Crew Draw 

• This draw will open on the 1 February 2024 and will close at 23:59 on the 31 October 2024 

• The draw will take place on 4 November 2024 and the winning entry will be selected at random from all of the valid entries received by the closing date

• Entry is limited to persons that are aged over 16 years of age and reside in England and specifically the counties of Kent, Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex areas 

• Entry to the free draw is limited to one entry per sign up 

• There is one prize for the free draw which is a coffee and cake with a member(s) of the KSS crew at either our Rochester or Redhill office at a date to be arranged with the winner. There are no cash alternatives for this prize and it will be subject to the availability of the crew 

• Sign ups received after the closing date will not be counted  

• Any draw entry may be rejected or withdrawn for any reason at the discretion of the Promoter. 

• The Promoter’s decision is final in any matter regarding the draw. 

• The winner will be notified by telephone if possible and then confirmed in writing 

• If we are unable to contact the winner to confirm the prize then after three days we will re-draw a winning entry 

• We take complaints very seriously and treat them as an opportunity to improve. We are always very grateful to hear from people who are willing to take the time to help us to improve. If you have a complaint about the Cuppa Draw then please contact:

Data we collect from you is used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and will be used solely for the purpose of the draw and the benefit of the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance Trust. We will not pass your details to any third party without your written permission. Purchasers have the right to access information we hold about them.
