Explore our fundraising ideas and resources, choose what suits you, and help keep our crews responding 24/7, saving lives when every second counts.

Looking for inspiration?
Here are just some of the many things you can do to raise money and make a difference to our cause.
Bake sale/coffee morning/tea part
A classic way to fundraise and lots of fun too! Get friends together at home or gather colleagues together at work to share a coffee, eat some cake and raise some funds.
Quiz
Put your heads together and see who’s smartest by holding a fundraising quiz night. Call us for a copy of our questions and you can add a special Air Ambulance round into the mix.
Auction
Try and out-bid each other for some fantastic donated goods or arrange an ‘auction of promises’ where people offer their skills (i.e. cooking or gardening) for the best price!
Give it up!
Are you a chatterbox? Have your friends been bugging you give up smoking? Do you have one too many glasses of wine a little too often? Getting sponsored is a motivating way of cutting down or giving up.
Sports match
Whether it’s football or rugby, cricket or bowls, darts or snooker, and whether you are a trained athlete or a more of a ‘pub Olympian’, sporting competitions put the fun into fundraising. But make sure to ask for donations to play!
Sweepstake
From guessing the amount of sweets in a jar to the outcome of a sporting event or the winner of this year’s Great British Bake Off, you can create a sweepstake for almost anything. It’s quick, easy and fun – and guaranteed to get competitive!
Raffle
A fixture at any good charity event – just collect some donated goods, sell your raffle tickets (complying with the Gambling Commission regulations), and raise some funds!
Games Night
Whether it’s the more traditional board variety or the latest computer game, invite friends round and charge them a fee to play the game or games of your choice.
Dress down/dress up day
Arrange for your company or school to hold a dress down (or dress up if that’s more you!) day, asking for donations to take part.
Come Dine With Me
Hold a dinner party and ask your guests to donate what they think the meal is worth at the end! Not the best cook? Ask your guests to bring a different course each and make it a ‘pot luck’ dinner party.
Take the trim!
Ask your friends, colleagues and relatives to sponsor you to either shave your head or have a wax. A great, albeit possibly painful, way to fundraise!
