Heli Hike in Surrey - Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all supporters aged 18 and over. The promotion is only open to responses submitted through the form. To qualify, participants must enter their name and email address on the dedicated form and submit.

Participants must respond to the Heli Hike in Surrey giveaway by 12:00AM on 15 August 2025.

Employees, agents, or affiliates of the organiser are not eligible to enter. The organiser reserves the right to request proof of age.

2. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants should complete the Heli Hike in Surrey giveaway form.. Participants must provide their name and email address, and submit the form before the deadline. Multiple entries are permitted, but duplicate entries (same email) will be disqualified.

3. Prize Details

• 1 winner will be selected for a family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children) to Heli Hike in Surrey in Guildford on 31 August 2025.
• Runners up will receive 10% off any entry to any Heli Hike location.
• Winners must be able to attend the event they enter. The charity is not obligated to offer an alternative.
• Travel and accommodation are not included.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected at random for Heli Hike in Surrey on 31 August 2025.
• Winners will be contacted via email.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, the prize may be forfeited and offered to another eligible entrant.
• The charity will not contact anyone via comment or direct message. The charity will never require winners to click a link or give payment information.

5. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
• If a winner is unable to attend the event, the organiser reserves the right to reallocate the space to another entrant.

6. General Terms

• No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the organiser, which are final.
• By entering, you confirm you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The organiser may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
