Merchandise Free Giveaway– Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all supporters aged 18 and over. By entering, you confirm you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The organiser may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

To qualify, participants must answer a question correctly, related to KSS. This question is accessed via an online link. The giveaway closing date is 5 December 2025, any entries following this date will not be counted.

Employees, agents, or affiliates of the organiser are not eligible to enter. The organiser reserves the right to request proof of age. You must be a resident of in England, Scotland or Wales. Unfortunately, residents from overseas, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are unable to enter.

2. How to Enter

No additional purchase is required. Entry into the giveaway is automatic for those who answer the KSS related question correctly. All entries must be received before the closing date of 5 December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered as valid. Only one entry per person will be counted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

The organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.

3. Prize Details

• The prize is a hoodie from our new merchandise range, with a retail value of up to £40 depending on the size of the item required.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• There will be 3 individual winners of the giveaway.
• The winners will be selected at random on 8 December 2025.
• The winner will be contacted via email or telephone (if provided).
• If a winner cannot be contacted by 12 December 2025, the prize may be forfeited and offered to another eligible entrant.

5. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
• The decision of the organiser regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• The prize will be posted to the winner using an address provided.

6. General Terms

• No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the organiser, which are final.
• By entering, you confirm you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The organiser may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

7. Data Protection:

The organiser must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the organiser will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails hello@aakss.org.uk or writes to Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex, Rochester City Airport, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent ME5 9SD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4.

If you object to any or all your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at hello@aakss.org.uk . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
