ÂŁ5 a month could pay for a set of fire retardant undergarments for a crew member to wear under their uniform, which helps protect them at accident scenes.
ÂŁ7.50 a month could pay for twenty disposable blood pressure cuffs used to measure a patient's blood pressure.
ÂŁ10 a month could pay for one unit of blood to treat a patient with life-threatening injuries.
ÂŁ15 could pay for a canister for our suction unit, to collect the fluids being drawn from a patient.
ÂŁ35 could pay for a set of defibrillator pads, to help resuscitate someone during cardiac arrest.
ÂŁ50 could provide a unit of plasma, which is given alongside packed red blood cells as part of our transfusion protocol.
